Project Manager
Main responsibilities:
- To perform duties of Project Manager
- To complete project lifecycle – planning, implementation, delivery and close-out
- Budget management – Phase II-IV studies
- Mentoring & development of the team
- Input into business development
- Full Client liaison – develop relationship, ensure satisfaction
Requirements:
- Experience as Project Manager, Lead CRA, Head of CRAs or similar
- Previous CRO employment
- Global study experience – Phase II-IV
- Ability to manage the team and delegate responsibilities
- Life Sciences degree will be an advantage
- Fluent English
Clinical Research Associate
Main responsibilities:
- Qualification, initiation, interim monitoring, site management and study close out visits for studies in accordance with Good Clinical Practices (GCP’s), local and international regulations and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Ensure the quality of data submitted from study sites and assure timely submission of data
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year proven, previous experience working as a CRA
- Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating both internally within projects teams, and also in liaising with clients externally
- Fluency in English
